Durable, tough, fun and does what it says on the box and my son has not been able to destroy it in the last 3 months, hence will reccommend ;)

I do find these toys ok grandson loves them but found delivery charge a bit much could have bought 4 for price of 2 from shops iv bought lots of things from amazan happy with most things just found such small items like these bit much would have sent back but came in time for birthday but wont be getting anymore

My little boy loves the take along thomas friends and we are building quite a collection! They are dye cast and this makes them very durable. We bought Butch, Jack and Alfie for his 2nd birthday, 6 months later, and he still asks for them and talks about them most days! They have all kinds of adventures though apparently Jack should share more with Alfie!

Another excellent character to add to the take along range. My two year old son simply loves them. Jack is also magnetic, just like the trains. Very durable, have had no problems so far and it has been thrown around enough.

I thought it was worth mentioning the fact that jacks front bucket also features the smart magnet technology used in the Learning Curve Take Along Thomas toys.
This means Jack can effectively hitch up to the other toys in the range, or as my three year old discovered, pick up pennies or paper-clips with his bucket.
