I recieved an order for 2 Thomas the Tank Engine Party Banners for my sons party but the quality of these banners were very poor where as the print on both of them are not aligned by about 5mm's so is very obvious before even opening them even my son whos almost 3 said "Thomas looks funny mummy" I sent an email to the "The Party Mill" who sent them to me to see how I could return them but no reply, sent another email and got a reply saying they would send me an SAE, waited another week still nothing in post so have now had to sent them another email as my 1st contact to them was on 8th june and it is now 15th july and no where can I find a return address or phone number for them - I ended up buying the banners from elsewhere & were perfect .
